How do I return an item?

To start the return process for your order, please enter your details in the Returns Form above and click ‘send request’.

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request has been received.

What items are returnable?

You can return any clothing (except items purchased on CLEARANCE) or accessories within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

They must be in original, clean, unused condition. In the original packaging, tag still attached and tamper seal intact

Unfortunately we cannot process returns on fitness equipment unless faulty.

Are there any charges for returns?

You’ll need to cover the charges of the return shipping.  We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for any items that are lost in the post.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your original purchase met the free shipping threshold and you would like to return an item for a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

How soon will my return be processed? 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the return and notify you of the approval or rejection.  You will be notified of a new tracking number for any exchanges, and refund credits will be applied to the original method of payment within 10 working days.
