This Smoothie Bowl is a WINNER!

With just four basic household ingredients, this may just be the quickest, easiest and most DELICIOUS smoothie bowl you will ever make!
It’s basically chocolate ice cream…the healthy and nutritious kind.
Great to have for breakfast, lunch, a snack or that after dinner treat.  It’s filling and helps fight those constant urges to snack so share it with the kids or save it all for yourself!

 

Choc Banana Smoothie Bowl
Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 Frozen banana
1 Tbsp cocoa
1 Tbsp nut butter (we love using crunchy for extra texture)
Dash of any milk

 

Method:
Pop all ingredients in a blender and mix until you reach a smooth and creamy consistency.

 

You can add any optional toppings you like, these are a few of our faves:
Shredded coconut
Cacao nibs
Fresh or frozen berries
Kiwifruit
Grated apple
Seeds or nuts
Granola

 

Top tip: Chop up a couple of bananas and pop them in the freezer ready to go so you can always make this when the craving hits!
