CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES


Go Mama understands that it can be difficult to find the perfect fit online, so we offer a 30 day policy for any clothing (excluding CLEARANCE items) and accessories you wish to return for a full refund, store credit or exchange for a product of equal value. 

If you wish to exchange for an item of higher value, the difference between the returned item and the new item will be at the buyer’s expense.

Any returned items must be in their original, clean, unused condition with their tag still attached and tamper seal undamaged.  Swimwear returns will only be accepted if the hygiene strip is still intact.



FITNESS EQUIPMENT


Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a return, credit or exchange on any fitness equipment unless it is faulty. All our items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch, and we do our best to ensure you receive quality products.  However, if you receive an item that is faulty, you are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act so please email us to arrange a solution.



BUNDLES


Any products purchased as a Bundle Deal are eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit under the standard Returns Policy.  If any item is returned for a refund, the other products will be charged at full price and the difference in price will be refunded.  


  

CLEARANCE ITEMS


Please note we cannot accept returns on any clearance items or our Samples & Seconds sale.



HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN


To initiate a return, store credit or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Enter your details in the online Returns Forms here and send your request.
  2. Complete your Returns Form that was included in your original parcel.  Your return will still be actioned if the form is not included, but it may cause a delay in processing time.
  3. Pop your item/s and Returns Form in a secure bag (we recommend reusing the original courier bags by turning them inside-out) and send to Go Mama at the below address.  We cannot accept responsibility for any parcels that are lost in the post, so we strongly advise using a tracked service.  It is the customer’s responsibility to cover return postage.


If you have requested a refund, the price of your returned items will be refunded to the payment method used to make the original order.  We cannot refund the shipping cost to you.  Thank you for your understanding.
